The list is taken entirely from the announcements of the resort and the network. Next to each line it is indicated where this is stated. The guide has not added a single line of its own and makes no promises.
Six departments
This is how the Sea Breeze announcement of July 2, 2026 names them. The numbers are the order of the list, not floors: there is no distribution of the departments by floor in the sources.

A separate agreement with the resort
On March 18, 2026 Sea Breeze and Referans Medical Group signed a memorandum. Under it a separate package is promised to the resort's residents — these are the terms of the agreement, not a price list for guests.
- an annual Check-up program at Referans Sea Breeze Hospital: a therapist consultation, laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, ECG and X-ray
- a doctor's home visit up to three times a year
- two calls of the emergency medical service on the territory of the resort town
- online consultations with specialist doctors
- a 10 % discount on laboratory, diagnostic and outpatient services
Source: a Sea Breeze announcement of 17.03.2026. This is the only “price” that appears in the sources at all — a 10 % discount for residents. There are no regular prices.
