The earliest evidence is a frame from a video of the “Evrey iz Baku” channel of May 11, 2025: the building with the sign “Referans · Sea Breeze Hospital” already stands by the entrance arch, but the hospital will open only a year later.

October 1, 2025
At the First International Investment Forum of Azerbaijan at Sea Breeze, the project of the Sea Breeze Health Valley medical cluster was presented; memoranda were signed with the Azerbaijan Tourism Board, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, Sana Hospital Group and Don Agro International.

March 18, 2026
In the Grand Hall a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Sea Breeze and Referans Medical Group. It was signed by Sea Breeze's commercial director Ayaz Tagiyev and the director of Referans Sea Breeze Hospital Sevda Jafarova. The opening of the hospital was announced for “the near future.”

June 27, 2026
The official opening of Referans Sea Breeze Hospital — the first multi-specialty hospital of the resort town. The hospital began receiving patients immediately.

The resort lists the hospital among the openings of summer 2026, alongside courts, restaurants and shops.

THE CLUSTER

Sea Breeze Health Valley is something else

On October 1, 2025 the resort presented the project of the Sea Breeze Health Valley medical cluster. This is a separate future project: it is not formally tied to the Referans hospital, and in the resort's announcements these are different stories.
